  1. I've been a runner for as long as I can remember, and while I love it, my body HATES it. My knees are terrible and I'm only 26! However, I just got a treadmill desk for while I am at work to burn off some of that excess energy and keep me focused, and I feel so much better after a day of walking than I would after going for a run.
Not suggesting that working out and running are BAD for you-- but too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.
I recommend this desk to everyone I meet now. It's called the NextDesk Fit. Check it out at www.nextdesks.com.

    Thanks for the post!
