Aging is inevitable, but sometimes the signs of aging come sooner than it should. Find out what the trigger so that aging can be slowed.

Nutritionist and therapy, also the founder of Food Coach, Dana James explains what causes premature aging and how to overcome naturally:

- Stress
Stress is a part of human life, but if excessive can steal nutrients essential for skin health.

"When stressed, the body spends a variety of nutrients including magnesium and vitamin C to make stress hormones, such as cortisol, adrenaline and nonadrenalin" said James.

Magnesium and vitamin C plays an important role for the formation of collagen. If you are stressed, take enough vitamin C, magnesium and vitamin B complex every day.

- Decreased hormonal
Women who are menstruating or menopausal usually more frequent consumption of sugars to improve mood. Turns out it can trigger a surge in the hormone insulin.

Another effect is a natural body inflammation and the production of enzymes that break down collagen and elastin, which adds wrinkles on the skin. Eating habits also can eliminate the hormone estrogen and testosterone.

Control your consumption of sugar and flour to restore hormonal balance. Doing fun activities such as listening to music or dancing can also reduce feelings go up and down during PMS.

- Restlessness and poor sleep
Skin rejuvenation occurs at night when sleeping. Therefore we need to sleep enough.

"Sleeping less than six hours will lead to increased ghrelin and be awakened by hunger. Ghrelin also as a trigger like to eat carbohydrate-based foods" he added.

Before bed, do meditation for 10 minutes to calm the mind and the consumption of 400 mg of magnesium if you often insomnia.

- Too much alcohol
Alcoholic beverages make the body dehydrated and spending levels of vitamin B and magnesium, wherein the substance is needed for healthy skin. "It also affects GABA, a neurotransmitter that makes asleep" added James.

- Lack of fats and oils
Not all women need a lot of fat to the diet. But if your skin is too dry and flaky, it means you lack of fat.

Our cell membranes, including skin cells, made from saturated fat and it is important to consume omega 6 and omega 3.

Choose fat with minimal processing such as coconut oil or chia because it contains fatty acids good. Mix in a salad or pudding.
