6 Ways to Keep Healthy Food More Durable

The trend of eating healthy foods today seems to have become a way of life. But over time and more and more healthy food innovation, not a few of them have exorbitant prices.

1. Enter the Green Juice into freezer

3. Do not wash berries

4. Spread the avocado with lemon juice

6. Pour the seeds into a jar

Grains and dried beans have a low water content, so it is important to keep it durable is closed and store it in a dry place.
